Looking for a Chinese Factory to assemble engines parts

We are a US based distributor for automotive parts and components. We are looking for manufacturer in China to assemble two engines for our US market. They are 2.8L and 4.4l engines, already EPA certified, and we can provide all technical information and data as well as the suppliers of all parts and components in China. The interest party shall purchase the parts directly from the suppliers with our full technical support and assemble them into engines and sell to us.

We have been selling these two engines for more than two years and our estimated quantity for 2009 is around 500 to 600 units because of current economic situation and 1000 to 1500 units for 2010.

We request our partner to be strong in finance and with experience in engine manufacturing.
