GBH Motorsport seeks investors/partners for the following business.

Our goal is to offer Motorsport Adventure Tours for motor sports enthusiast who want to try the excitement of driving a real race saloon. The tour packages will be aimed a small groups of 4 to 8 people, will include driver training and social racing within the group.

The tour will take in days at each of the 4 premier tracks in New Zealand. Packages will be from 7 to 21 days and will take in various activities at all tracks in New Zealand. There are currently 5 international tracks in New Zealand with a 6^th, Hampton Downs, due for completion for the A1GP in November 2009. Our tours and other operations will be based from Hampton Downs. Our tours will enable complete novices who want to try motor racing to gain tuition and then eventually be involved in some racing in a very controlled and safe environment. But it will also include many social activities, and other tourist activities that New Zealand is world famous for.

Outside of tours the cars will be kept busy doing corporate and team building days, driver training days and racing in the national RX 7 championship (the cars will be available for lease for this series). By including these other activities the cars and people will be fully utilized all the time.

Company Objectives

There are a number of objectives for this business and I will focus on the 3 major objects.

1)    To grow the business to achieve a 20% return on investment by the end of year 2.

2)    To establish good relationships with tour agencies to ensure we capture a good share of foreign tourists.

3)    To grow the business to a level where it will be possible to franchise or open sister business in other countries.

As well as these business objectives I have to following personal objectives.

1)    To learn the financial controls within a business system by the end of the YES business year, enabling me to maximize performance and growth.

2)    To successfully use the passion I and my family have for this business to drive growth.

1.   Risk Analysis

S   Strengths 1) We have a strong team who are all specialized in some part of motorsport from race car building to driver training.

                   2 We are the only business of this kind in New Zealand or Australia. New Zealand is already a major destination for adventure tourism.

                        3) The New Zealand dollar is quite low compared to most other countries making New Zealand a very cheap destination to take vacations.

W  Weaknesses 1) Our distance from our target markets of Asia, Middle East and Europe means most marketing will have to be done remotely. This will be countered by a very high level web site and exposure to these markets through the New Zealand Tourism Board promotional activities in the regions.

O   Opportunities 1) Further growth within New Zealand and in other countries in identical cars will allow us to grow this business to huge potential.

                         2) As all the cars are identical there is an opportunity for a semi professional series being run in the cars when not in use for tours. This will be a TV based series and when the business goes international so to will the race series.

T  Threats 1) Motor sportcan be a dangerous pass time and the possibility of and accident is always present. We will counter this by using only the best of safety equipment, using strongly built cars with just enough power to be very exciting but without being to inherently dangerous.

This business is currently owned by GBH Motorsport, a division of GBH Action Sports Ltd, Directors and founders Graeme and Debbie Hill. However the business expansion will require involvement of investors and or partners thus we are prepared to look at all options of ownership and share holding.

 Graeme Hill director

Graeme has a long history in motor racing and driver training. This is Graemes first venture into creating a business from motor sport. Graeme has had 25 years experience as a project manager in various industries in New Zealand.

Noel Rush employee. Noel has been build preparing and racing Mazda RX 7 race cars for 28 years and is nationally recognized for his skills. Noel is responsible for building and maintaining the cars.

Debbie Hill, director and trainer:

Debbie is a successful race driver twice being the NZ ladies champion in the Pro7 class championship. Debbie is also skilled at driver training.
