11 Terms of payment shall be through only Irrevocable letter of credit.

12 If in sacks what will be mode of packing double PP sacks of 25Kg or 50KG.

13   Our Company Consultancy charges of USD.5.00 to be included in the  quoted price and to be confirmed by your Company Managing Director, on your company Letter Head and to be faxed to us and the Original Hard Copy to be sent by DHL Courier.

14    Performance Bond to be provided as per the requirement of the govt. that has to be fulfilled by your company. Exact rules and performance bond percentage will be informed. Generally what percentage PB your company provides.

15   Your co. authorization for worldwide exports of DAP needed.
