Re: 5% bid-bond

It is 5% of total amount value you wish to award of your consignment
decided by yoursel basis on your market prices,
For Example, you want to supply 500mtons of sesame seeds at US$1,500/mt
500x 1500x 5%=US$28,125 ( not less than $28,125)

you have to issue LC and release it whenever you participate in tender every time.



1) Re:5% of bid bond

It should be completed 1 day before bid day (all documents with bid bond should be made by time - limit for the registration of bids )

and it is released (refunded) to you immediately in case of the unsuccessful bid without delay.

2) In generally speaking, bid winner will be given 45-60days period from contract date (bid date) to shipment

3) Importer (AT) will issue LC to you directly on contracting date which is made within 7 days from bid date on the ground of depositing 5% of performance bond

4) Importer (AT) will open LC to your bank in favor of you before dispatching the goods.

5) Whole quantities should be shipped 1 shipment.

* Bid bond 5 % ---In case of unsuccessful bidding refunded immediately and all finished.

* Performance bond 10% --- In case of successful bidding, supplier have to make contract with AT to supply sesame seed basis of 10% bond (you add 5% more),

which is refunded to you when you do fulfill your obligation in accordance with the terms and condition of bid .
