Touch Screen Monitor to Laptop

We are interested in purchasing TouchScreen Monitors.

Concept: To allows students to take notes on touch screen while watching lecture on their normal laptop.

- Touchscreen monitors must be able to connect to existing PC/Laptop
(perferably via USB connection)
- Must be able to be used as a Second monitor
- Also must be very light weight

Looking to have TouchScreen Monitors in sizes of 8" 10" 12" 15"

Must be customizable and branded with our logo.
