We are one of the importer in Korea.
We have to import non-edible crude rape seed oil per 20,000Mton/Year for manufacturing Bio-disel.

1. Commodity : non-edible Crude Rape Oil
2. Qulity : for Bio-diesel, Seller's Standard Spec.
3. Quantity : 20,000Mton/year, divisible shipment accepted
4. Trade term : CIF Seaport of Thailand.
5. Payment Term : non-transferable L/C at sight 90%, unloading port inspection 10%
6. Packing : Bulk by Tank ship
7. Performance bond : 2%
8. Inspection : loading port SGS on Seller's coast with buyer, unloading port SGS on buyer's coast.
9. Delivery schedule : first shipment ASAP, after first shipment will be nego.
10. Procedure
      a. issue seller's Specification with CIF price
      b. buyer's price & spec. confirmed
      c. issue seller's soft offer
      d. issue buyer's LOI
      e. issue seller's FCO

      f.  send sample from seller to buyer on seller's coast
      g.  issue buyer's ICPO & Draft Contract
      h. make contract between seller & buyer
      i. issue non operative performance bond and POP from seller's bank to buyer's bank
      j.  issue L/C from buyer's bank to seller's bank
      k. active performance bond
      l. shipment commence
