Dear Sir,

We need the following information on your product;

a.                   Full specifications

b.                  Country of origin

c.                   Total available monthly quantity

d.                  Price

e.                   FOB Point

f.                   Payment terms 100% TT after inspection.

1.      The reason for this policy is that we are attempting to recover several millions of dollars already paid in deposits for products that were non existent.  We have no wish to repeat this with other new suppliers that we have not yet developed a relationship with.  After six months or so, we can revisit this policy but until we have a relationship, our payment policy remains the same (see attached AES payment method policy).

2.      If you cannot accept our payment policy, then I am afraid that we do not have a deal.
