Looking for high fashion manufacturers!

I have very high end fashion garments, I would need to good quailty finishings as well as fabric options and options such as hand stitching and features. When I find the right manufacturer I would like to continue using them for a long time and become a very good customer.. I would love to see the type of work that you do, and preferably would like to use a company close by so that I can easily meet with manufactures!
