Drop Shippers wanted for hunting knifes

I am looking for a company who will drop ship to the customers directly. How it would work is I would set up a website for the customers to look and buy products. We would set up a contract where I will buy the product from you at wholesale and then sell it at retail. My site would take the orders and then send them to you to fill and ship to the customer. I would take payment and you bill me for the orders. Let me know if your company is willing to do this? If they are here is a list of questions that I have:

1. Do you have a product list in a data spreadsheet?
2. Do you provide web ready product photos?
3. How will you bill me? How do I pay you? How often do I pay you?
4. Are there minimum advertised prices?
5. Are there certain times you can lower prices?
6. What courier is used? Is insurance available? What delievery options are available?
7. How long from the time an order is placed with you until the time its shipped?
8. What are the return polocies?
9. Are returns sent to to you?
10. Is there a restocking fee?
