RAPESEED REFINED OIL (COLZA)
PRICES: CIF ASWP (USD/MT): (Minimum order of 12,500MT/month
PAYMENT TERMS: DocumentaryLetter of Credit (DLC) Irrevocable,
Transferable(Seller must be First Beneficiary), Confirmed, Divisible,Unconditional,payable 100% at sight against presentation of Shipping Documentsatloading Port.
PERFORMANCE BOND: The Buyer will hold 2 % (Two percent) of the Purchase
Priceof each shipment as a Performance Bond of the Seller. Aftereverysuccessfully arrival of each Shipment, Buyer will pay out via T/Tthe mentionedPB of 2% (Two
percent) to Seller within 3 (Three) Banking days after each shipment arrived at
destination Port. Or, if Buyer demandsother version of Performance Bond, Payment terms are then: Payment by Irrevocable, Transferable,Divisible and Unconditional Bank
Guarantee for the Full Purchase Price.
