BUYING POWDERED MILK

Waht I want to know is; If I can buy powdered milk ( for all ages from infant to ...) in bulk

let me say If I can have your license and produce under your name (packaging) or can I buy in bulk and produce the product

in a new name which belongs to my company.

now what I interest in is powdered milk for all ages espicialy infant and papy.

please, now I am trying to establish a dairy product factory (packaging) , could you possibly advise me of a specialist company to adopt this project from A to Z as soon as possible ??
