I already have SLCO  buyer  

I need detail FCO with full procedure and payment terms

let me let you very frankly , my said buyer is from China and are owner of few Oil refinery

but how can I trust your seller offer is real as in past  with many time we  bad experience on many  SLCO  seller NON perfomance
Can you inform who is your  end seller for this offer and are you direct to seller mandate?
I am sure you must have already had all your due diligence on SLCO SFCO  
Can seller provide partial POP  / ARAMCO allocation numbers at the time of signing Contract
Are you 100 % sure for its reality
We are ready to hold TTM  with the Buyer in Saudi as soon as seller mandate can proofs his reality. Let us have soft offer from seller immediately
