- Port of shipment, shipping rout should be specified in the offer
- All item & the spare parts list of the offer should be itemized and prices-USD.
- The supplier should warrant that good described in the offer/contract is apt for the use as intended, are merchantable and are free from all defects in design, workmanship, and are in strict accord with any plans or specifications. Further, supplier agrees to repair or replace goods disputable on and supplier sole cost.
- All cost and damages related defective or non-complying goods shipped or delivered by the supplier or entailed to the return thereof shall be born by supplier.
- Country of region should be specified and the phrases: (Europe, European, ie. etc...are not subject to any alteration whatsover after sight contract.
