Dear Sir,
My name is Eldo Martadjaya Chen and I reside in Indonesia. Being a coal, oil and minerals broker by profession, I now hold project offices in several coal and ore mining company, and I currently own a stake in a high calorific coal concession in Indonesia. I was involved in exporting coal onto several vessels and sometimes I am in the offshore loading vessel myself, I can give you my photos and certificate of analyses showing that I was hands-on the projects myself.
Coal is our most abundant, affordable fuel source for electricity and will remain a part of East Asias energy outlook for the foreseeable future and beyond.
However, the current envelopment of the situation in the East Asia give rise to a need for a higher quality, much environmentally cleaner and more quantity of coal, to which our Indonesian coal is now trying hard to keep up. China plans to shut down more than 1000 small coal mines this year, in a bid to improve safety and eliminate illegal operations in the country, as the China government has already shut down 12,000 coal mines, resulting in a serious backlog.
As a coal professional broker, it is my duty to successfully arrange a long term purchasing plan from the power plants to your coal company. Upon completion of successfully executed deal and shipment, I would require a sum amount of fee as remuneration to cover not only for my own pocket but the buying parties as well, to be guaranteed by your goodselves as long as the plants are buying from your esteemed company, which we are about to make sure of.
Now I shall list for you import requirements from coal fired powerplants in Japan, Taiwan, and China. The buyer cannot deviate from this requirement. It is expected for the seller to follow the requirement comprehensively. But most importantly, some of these buyers I serviced and all long term buyers, not spot or trial buyers. Japanese buyers are the most pickiest, but the best price. China buyers are the least tough, but the least price.
Please notify your e-mail so I can inform you the exact 10 powerplants requirement.
Information needed from the end seller:
1. The origin of the coal
2. spec which meets the powerplant spec,
3. Pricing based on CIF and FOB
4. total available tonnage production capacity per month
5. is the seller interested to enter tender and if yes, has the end seller done any tender
contract before? (some may not require tender given the sellers credibility)
6. Is the end seller familiar and well converse with Asia coal market?
7. Can the end seller send 2 copies of SGS or any Export Certificates with Bill of
Lading.
