Toilette paper 36 roll packs, no dust! prefer white colour

I require loo/toilette rolls, 36 rolls per package. Please make sure loo rolls are dust free, and preferably white in colour.
I require a competative pricing for this product, minimum qty on initial order: 1000 * packs(36 rolls per pack) in white colour.

Currently i have been quoted in mainland britain as: 60p per pack, inc deliver for 1000 packs of white.

I require a competative quotation.

I will also be interested in kicthen towels, which i require quotation for.
