100% polyester Knit fabric w/FR and w/o FR

Hi,

We are a trading company located in Taiwan with an overseas office in Changzhou, China.

We are specialized in making Children's FR sleepwear and shipped to USA / Canada Wal-mart, Family Dollar...etc. every year.

Our garment are produced in China or Cambodia but most the fabric material is purchased from China.

Currently, we are going to change our fabric supplier that hope to get more stable quality/competitive price/punctual delivery since if we found any problem of the fabric, the container has arrived Cambodia already that will waste us a lot of time to ask our supplier re-make fabric and re-load into the container that will also delay our garment delivery too.

Our regular fabric item is:

1.  100% spun poly single jersey 180gsm -205gsm (w/soft handfeel) -- SOLID color

2.  Same as above                       ---- Paper transfer all over printed

3.  100% polyester micro fiber brushed interlock (2 sides brushed) 75/144 140gsm (with or without flame resistant)--SOLID color

4.  Same as above                       ---- Paper transfer all over printed

5.  100% polyester micro polar fleece (2 sides brushed/1 side anti-pilling, w/soft handfeel) 75/144, 100/144, 75/72  180-190gsm -- Wet-print (all over print)

6.  100% polyester 1x1 rib 210 gsm

If you can supply the fabric with FR yarn but in good price that is great and please contact me right away!  If not, you can use flame retardant.  But no matter what, the fabric MUST pass "USA Children's sleepwear test requirement: 16CFR1615.1616 after 50 times wash".
