Aflatoxin                  : 25 ppb max,

                   MUST BE  IN COORDINATION WITH SAMPLE PROVIDED

3. Quantity               :  50000 mt *12 month (Initial volume : first  month 8,000 mt) , If quality

                                  and price is good, volume will be increasing. 

4. Product History     :  Clean, Clear, No Liens and Non-Criminal    

5. Delivery                :  China Rizhao CNF  (Bulk vessel)

6. Origin                   :  INDIA (Preferred)

                                  INDONESIA, THAILAND, VIETNAM, MALAYSIA

7. Price:                : The price shall be negotiated  till end  of every month based on market price .

8. Contract Period           :  Till  end of  May . 2010  ( for 12 month)

9. Payment terms           : IRREVOCABLE L/C at Sight 

10. Shipment                  : From L/C open  within  30 days 

11. Transport Charge      :  TO BE BORNED BY Seller

12. Inspection                 : SGS India (by seller cost, spec and weight certi),   

                                        SGS China (by buyer cost : Spec check)

1.     COMMERCIAL INVOICE    1 original 2 copies

2.     Bill of Lading  : 1 original and 2 copies

3.     product origin certification : 1 original 2 copies

4.     phytosanitry certification : 1 original 2 copies 

5.     SGS India : Analysis certification for spec and weight certification  

                                 1 original 2 copies

6.  SGS China : Analysis  will be prepared by seller  for spec

           (Spec should be matched by SGS India and SGS China both)
