Foam air filter cover manufacturer wanted

Hello, I am wanting some foam air filter foam covers manufactured, packaged & posted to me on a regular basis. I am aiming at having regular orders to the value of USD $2000. Prior to manufacture I would supply a sample of the required foam & 1 master air filter for you to ensure a snug fit is achieved. I expect there to be 6 sizes initially & in time up to 8 sizes in total. Packaging is to be 3 filter skins in a vacuum-sealed bag. I would estimate one of these filter covers would be soaked in light oil, then excess oil wiped off, placed over filter & used for 2-4 hours, peeled off then left sit oily & dirty for up to 2 weeks. To wash these they are generally cleaned in petrol, kero or filter cleaner then hosed off in water. Then wash filters in warm soapy water then put out to dry. This may happen 10 to 20 times per year. I have been making these for around 5 years at home & it has been no problem to get 2-3 years life out of these filter covers. Sonic Welding, gluing or overlocking techniques will need to withstand the above life cycle.Foam is 5mm thick Polyester, PPI 35 to 40.
