I would like to tell few words about our Company.

NAVIGAATOR LTD was founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 1996 and is a family dairy business. The primary activity of the company is trading dairy products for industrial needs. This year we have expanded a little bit and established a subsidiary, which is mainly dealing with transportation of the goods from producer to buyer. And its called Trade Milk Service.

From year 2000 (two thousand) NAVIGAATOR has became an exclusive agent of HOOGWEGT INTERNATIONAL and RUMI on the Ukrainian and Belorussian dairy markets. We also have our representative office opened in Kiev, Ukraine.
 
From year 2007 (two thousand and seven) we also represent one of the HOOGWEGTs daughter companies HOOGWEGT US in Russia and CIS countries.
 
I also would like to tell you a little bit about Ukrainian and Belorussian dairy markets.
 
Ukraine: produces about 120 000 mt of dairy powder a year overall.  30-35% goes for internal consumption, rest goes for export. All dairy factories in Ukraine are privately owned and spread in more or less regular intervals all over the countrys territory.
 
Belorussia: produces about 70 00 mt a year. 20 000 mt internally consumed, rest goes for export.
