Plush Toy Assortment:
3 Styles; Polar Bear, Panda Bear, Gorilla.
Each plush has 3/4" wide polyester ribbon tied in bow around neck.
Each plush has one sided sticky tab (4" x 5.75") sewn to the front.
When stuck to polypropylene bag the adhesive must pass 8lb pull test.
Adhesive patch must withstand temperatures of -23C to 70C, and not fail.
Labeling Must be labeled with PA number.
Vendor needs seperate label and reg # for Canada.
