Prefab,Steel Structure/Modular Housing

We want to build 10 3-bedroom, 10 2-bedroom, and 34 1-bedroom appartments , with

each structure measuring about 800m2 i dimension.

We also intend to add some few villas measuring between 320m2 to 600m2

Our initial target is for 10,000 homes mix of appartments and villas

The Ghana Government would issue a sovereign guarantee to the exim bank of China and the Exim bank of China would finance the Chinese contractor to build the houses

We are looking for contractors for both Cement Blocks and Prefab Housing Units to build for the Ghana Government

We are open to Partnership, Joint Venture, independent contract etc
