copy paper supplier wanted

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are a German-Russian trading company and are looking for a long-term supplier of copy paper. The main product will be standard A4 80 gsm woodfree office paper with high brighness and opacity. The markets will be European Union and Russia.

Our first order will be one or two containers at a time. Target sales are 10 containers or more per month by the end of this year at the latest.

We aspire a contract-based long-term relationship with our supplier. Offers to act as your representatives are welcome.

Should our target sales exceed your production capacities, please inform us of your abilities.

Excellent product quality and price are assumed.

We require neutral ream package and OEM package.

Please give your FOB - price and if possible as well your price CIF Hamburg.

Furthermore please indicate the following technical details for your poduct:

1.    Brightness in % and CIE
2.    Whiteness in %
3.    Opacity in %
4.    Thickness in µm
5.    Volume in cm³/g
6.    Roughness in ml/min
7.    Stiffness lengthwise in mN
8.    Stiffness crosswise in mN
9.    Moisture in %
10.    Flatness
11.    What is the Inkjet capability?
12.    What is the capability for printing on both sides?
13.    What is the capability for colour / graphics prints?

We also need to have a clear information on packing. The following points need to be clarified:

1.    What is your standard package for a ream?
2.    What is your maximum resolution for OEM printing on high-gloss paper ream package?
3.    What is your maximum resolution for OEM printing on transparent plastic film ream package?
4.    How many reams are packed into a box?
5.    How many reams on a pallet?
6.    How many reams / pallets do you pack inside a container?
7.    What methods are used to protect the product from humidity and transport damages inside the container?

Regarding the fabrication and your company please aindicate the following:

1.    Please provide a short company profile including adress, telephone number, contact    person, company registration number and short indications on company's background  production capacities and so on.
2.    What bleaching procedure do you use in your production (ECF - Elementary Chlorine Free or TCF - Totally Chlorine Free)?
3.    Do you have any international certificates or seals (like FSC or Blue Angel) for your product?
4.    Does your plant have an ISO certification or any other international standards?
