USED RAILS R50-R65 or HMS1(100%)

                             We understand that your esteem organization is one of the leading exporter of ferrous scrap.
With reference to above subject, we would like to request your firm and final quotation for import of Used rails OR HMS1(100%) as per details given.
 
This requirement is for our USA based client who is supplying USED RAILS  to China.
This client has already issued LC previously for used rails in the past through our company.

If your company is having said product, please send me the offer.

1. Used rails or HMS1(100%)
2. Rails R50-R65 Length 6M and above.
3. Quantity: 30,000 MT per Month for 12 months.
4. Origin: Europe/USA/Africa [ No Nigeria or Middle East origin]
5. Delivery: Tianjin China
6. INCOTERMS: CIF
7. Price: Quote Competitive market price?????
 
8. Payment: *By Irrevocable, confirmed NON-TRANSFERABLE Letter of Credit 100% at sight payable against standard documents. LC will be open on month to month basis, non-revolving as Chinese bank do not open revolving LC for scrap *. LC will be confirmed from WOORI BANK L.A USA branch.
                   LC will be having clause that subsequent LC will be issued after every shipment. This is for seller's security for one year contract. NO BCL OR POF as this is not going to be issued from Chinese bank.
 
9. Inspection: CCIC  inspection is only acceptable.
 
10. *Performance Bond Guarantee 2% of monthly LC value. Seller has to open 2% NON-OPERATIVE PBG first after signing of contract. After receiving PBG, buyer will open LC. *No negotiation in this clause because of past bad experiences.
Seller can put 2% penalty clause in the contract, if buyer fails to open LC. Buyer has agreed for this.
We can show previous LC opened by this client in the past at proper stage.
Offer is valid on first come first basis and subject to unfulfilled.

Seller must have AQSIQ and must show his past shipment records. No internet offers or long chain of brokers please.
No deposit or anything in cash or any advance. NO BG/SBLC/TT payment terms. ONLY IRREVOCABLE NON-TRANSFERABLE CONFIRMED LC 100% at sight payable against standard shipping documents as per contract.
It is important to note  that we have real buyer and not internet buyer and we already successfully got one LC from this buyer in the past, so we request to consider us at priority.
