Artist's Paint Brushes wanted

My client is building a line of top quality paint brushes intended for the professional market, not amateurs or hobbiests. They are only interested in good durable items that hold paint properly. Both synthetic and natural materials will be considered. This initial quantities will be low but the aim is to build a strong brand name that will build in business volumn over the years.
