USB Wimax Dongle wanted

Wanted is a manufacturer to supply mobile usb wimax modems to used on computers running on windows xp. The dongle must have plug and play capabilities with no need for any specialized installation procedures. In terms of frequency spectrum this will be discussed with shortlisted manufacturers. The manufacturer must be in a position to supply low cost dongles as these are intended for the developing world where the end users are not in a position to afford highly priced goods and products.
