Po: >140mW for 40mil, >230mW for 60mil
Vf: 2.9-3.5V
2. Green LED Chip: 40mil, 60mil or bigger
Wd: 520-525nm
Po: >55mW for 40mil, >100mW for 60mil
Vf: 2.9-3.5V
