Diesel generator sets with Weichai engines

Dear suppliers!

We are main importers of diesel generators to Russia with regular FCL based orders. We are not glad with quality,prices and preparing time of our current suppliers so we are seeking for new suppliers. Pls, understand that we cooperate only with HIGH QUALITY manufacturers of diesel generator sets.

Pls, pay your attention to the fact that we study and reply ONLY offers exactly corresponding to our detailed specifications as following.

Pls, offer us all gen sets as 24 (4100D engine), 30 (4100ZD), 40 (4102ZD or analog), 50(4105ZD) , 60(4105ZLD or 4110ZD) , 75(6105ZD), 100 (6105AZLD), 120 (6105IZLD), 150 (6113IZLD). All powers are in kwt prime power ( not standby ).

All gen sets engines must be with electronic governors or automatic accelerographs. ( pls, provide with pictures and specs of governors as well ).

Open frame and soundproof gen sets with bottom fuel tanks for 8 hours of 100% load work, with big ( same for models with ATS and without ATS ) control boxes with HGM 620C and with HGM6320C Smartgen controllers with full protection system, emergency stop red button, fuel meter, AUTOMATICAL CURCUIT BREAKER WITH SHUNT RELEASE to switch off the load if controller stops gen set, with brushless made in China alternators with AVR ( IP22-23, Insulation H ), with strong antivibration pads, with batteries, mufflers and water separation fuel filters included.

Pls, offer all types GF2 and GF3 series WITH and WITHOUT china made reliable but cheap ATS. If with ATS also must be installed automatic battery charger and electric preheater of engine cooling water from external power electricity.

ALL GEN SETS MUST BE TESTED FOR 1-2 HOURS AT THE MANUFACTURING FACTORY UNDER 30%, 50%, 80% and short 100% load with
- passport for each gen set indicating date, supervisor name, serial numbers, test results in all engine and alternator parameters
- testing video

ALL gen sets must be with our OEM metal labels on gen set, engine , alternator.

gen sets must be without hierogliphs but with our logos.

All gen sets must be with the spare parts as filters, belts , gaskets, repair kits and instruments for 1 YEAR OF OPERATION.

Together with each order we must also have many parts to repair gen set, alternator, engine.

If we do not have the necessary to repair parts we must be sure THAT YOU SEND US DEMANDED PART ( we give serial number and photo ) BY EXPRESS WITHIN a week.

Pls, note also our current payment terms:

We pay 30% advance and 70% against B/L copy for the first order by T/T. Later we pay 25% advance and the balance before goods arrival to our port. Some suppliers in China give us 30 days credit after goods reception.

PREPARING TIME TO BE 30 DAYS AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ADVANCE PAYMENT,

For all engines, alternators, etc I must know the name of the manufacturer as we know different factories in China have different qualities and prices.
