Perforating & Laminating Machine

This machine is a main equipment in the production of graphite sheet reinforced with SS and graphite gasket reinforced with SS. The graphite sheet can be composite without bond by rolling on a two side perforated metallic sheet. The basis structure of machine includes a team of roller with same parameter and contrary rolling direction. The bottom roller is fixed on a level, the power provided by motor, speed reducer and driving shaft. The top roller is placed in the vertical and rectangular track of the machine, and could move upward and downward and adjust the space between two rollers by hand wheel and shaft, there is a team of meshed gear installed in the same side of the two rollers with same parameter for obtaining the movement with same rotate speed and contrary direction act. The materials could be put into the space between two rollers from the plate for placement for materials as per the gradation flexible graphite sheet-perforated metallic sheet-flexible graphite sheet, after rolled, the composite graphite sheet will fall into the worktable for placement of finished items.

The main function of this machine is perforating the metallic sheet with certain parameter at two surfaces. The surface of the perforated metallic sheet is symmetrical and flat.
