It doesnt require concrete except for sub-basement, it can be dried both in summer and winter. Can be inhabited in every climate safely.

MODULAR SYSTEM CONTAINER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

TECHNICAL DATA : Its snow load is 80 kg/m�, its outer wall thermal conductivity coefficient is k: 0.73 Kcal/m� hc, its movable floor load is 200 kg/m�.

WALLS : On the outer surfaces of the outer walls, there is DKP corrugated steel sheet cladding which has 35 mm depth and 0.80 mm thickness, as heat isolation there is expanded polystyrene foam (10/12 kg / m3) on the inside and outside walls in 40 mm. thickness and PVC wainscoting on both sides of the outer walls (particle board with cement or melamine coated chipboard, whose surface is painted according to requirements).

ROOF COVERING : It is corrugated steel galvanized sheet which is 27 mm. in depth and 0.55 mm. in thickness, and the rain water is evacuated with the help of corner columns.

COVERING OF CEILINGS : As heat isolation, fiberglass in thickness of 80 mm is used, and as covering of ceiling, wainscot is used (according to requirements, it may also be cement bonded particle board chipboard).

DOORS : Door cases are steel, while the outside doors are isolated metal door, and inside doors are wooden MDF counterpress. Outside door dimensions are 800 x 1950 mm, inside door dimensions are 800 x 1980 mm and inside WC door dimensions are 600 x 1980 mm.

WINDOWS : Window profiles are PVC based, and glass of 4 mm thickness is installed on them (according to requirements, double glazing may be used). Electrical aspirator is used in kitchen, WC, bathroom departments. In the units which have no isolation, aluminum louver is used.

BASE: Vinyl floor covering (300x300x1.6mm, foiled) is used as floor covering on the cement particle board with thickness of  16 mm that is assembled on horizontal profiles.

INSTALLATIONS: Electricity installation, telephone installation, sanitary installation (wc, basin, kitchen product) that can bear 2000 W force in accordance with the floor plan are available

DYE: Two layers of industrial priming coat and two layers of industrial primer paint are applied on the outer surface of the containers.

DIMENSIONS: Containers are manufactured as:

3.00 x 7.00 x 2.60 m as type 1.

2.40 x 6.00 x 2.60 m as type 2.

The weights of the containers on average are as follows:

3.00 x 7.00 : 2500 Kg.
2.40 x 6.00 : 1500 Kg.

LIFTING SYSTEM: The loading is carried out by binding the steel ropes-  with locks - that have equal distance to shackle irons that are assembled and hidden in the corners. While WC, shower containers can be manufactured out of galvanized sheet to as uninsulated containers, they can also be manufactured as insulated containers. The containers can optionally be produced to be two-storied or multi-storied. The carrying system of all the containers should be organized by taking these features into consideration.
