Finding sources for specific empty large format HP cartridges

I am a partner in a small business that is interested infinding sources for specific empty HP cartridges. Heresthe list of HP cartridges numbers that we are interested in (may not becomplete): 76, 80, 81, 83, 90, 91,790 and the newer C8750A/51A/52A/53A/54A& series cartridges. We have discovered that cartridge refillers typicallyhave no interest in these cartridges because they are utilized in large formatProfessional Series printers at printshops that will not risk using after-market inks (colorconsistency / accuracy is critically calibrated). We are interested in thesespecific cartridges for their electrical proximity circuitry for our newproducts.
