WHITE MAIZE CORN

My name is David M.Muiru and I am a co director of EMINENTIA TRADING ENTERPRISE. a registered trading enterprise with the Government of KENYA.Currently there is a total non availability of white maize corn which is a staple food here in KENYA.We would like to import white maize corn to avert the current shortage.The maize we want should meet the U.S.A.D.A.specifications and standards.We are inviting price quotations for the importation of 10,000M/T and the prices should be per metric tonne.The test sample of a minimum of 5Kgs will have to be sent to be tested by our KENYA BUREAU of Standards.before the placement of any LETTER OF COMMITTMENT,PURCHASE ORDERS etc.at the seller's cost.
     The terms of purchase will be by an IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT to be valid for 90 days.It is important to note that the duration of the order should not exceed 6 weeksie.from the date the bank instruments are excuted to the date the consignment is received at the buyers port of discharge.In our case the PORT OF MOMBASA IN KENYA.The price quotations should C.I.F.ex-port of MOMBASA.The price should not exceed $180.00
