I work with a few real Buyer of Pertroleum Products and they have strong exit buyers that requires more product than they have supply of . Having said that they are always looking to develop new relationship with Real Sellers of Product ,they wish to deal with title holders of product , however if the proposed Seller does not holds Title but has a direct Source for the product. I have buyers that have there own money that will enter into a JV senario with the proposed Seller to acquire Products, and it will be profitable for both parties . Also if the Seller has product that he owns these buyers will like to start a relationship with a small spot deal, and once Performance is Established , both Seller and Buyer can enter into long term contract.
