Block system MONOLIT 3D

The white filling material is a mix of Perlite or recycling
polystyrene and lime + a little bit of sand and cement
The exact mix design we have in our hands

LEIGHT WEIGHT INSULATED BLOCK, MONOLIT-3D

This block was designed by this Austrian group. This leight weight
insulated block "Monolit-3D" has excellent physically building
characteristics. The basic material in Europe are extended clay balls,
called LECA. You can use your leight weight material which is from the
weight similar. This is the basic of this block.

To force the thermo insulation, the chambers are to fill with a
mixture of recycling polystyrene plus lime plus sand / cement.

After outside and inside plastering the wall is ready and becomes a
perfect characteristic.

This 30 cm wall have then a very good thermal insulation, thermal
accumulation, vapor diffusion and strongness.

Through this characteristic the room climate is perfect in all seasons.
