Steel Building with Polycarbonate covers and Steel workshops

We are looking for purchasing a corrugated/galvanised prefabricated building of 1000M2 ( Flooring area) of two connected sections: viz

- one of two level, 20 L x 10 W Metres, bottom workshop and top offices/stock - Roofing of courrugated iron, sides of suitable finish corrugated iron  - all prepainted e.g. cromadek or similar...to suit... pleasing finish, rounded-off roofing with guttering. Height 7M to bottom eaves of roofing, Structure of galvanised steel, side windows with burglar bars, provision for central area travelling crane supports in the bottom workshop.

- Office block of ~~20 x 10M of 3 levels, total height of 9M,  floorings in cast concrete on pre profiled galvanised sheets ( Or as advised?), Top roofing in flat concrete or corrugated iron, with polycarbonate panels side coverings,; waterproof. The front of the building will have a protruding entrance covered area

- Openings, Staircases, vents, water guttering and doors as required.

The two buildings will be interconnected to form a T

We are looking for a butget price per Sq M of above flooring area for the above shell and flooring spaces with slight thermal proofing for the temperature range of between 12 and 38C for the buildings.

 The above will be prefabricated and sent by containers to Mauritius for errection on preprepared bases and bottom flooring. The job must be supervised by the supplier as well as a minimum of skilled workers must be provided. All toolings required for the job and also the No. of locals/skills must be enumerated in the offer.
