Worm screw jack

 

We give below the details of our requirement for worm screw jack-

 

We need 2 sets of upright worm gear screw jack moving nuts type to lift upto 3000 Kg in combination. We would be connecting a 1500 rpm motor to the input shaft of the first unit which will be connected to the input shaft of the second unit by means of a tierod with flexible couplings at both ends. So that both jacks open up in unision. The jacks would be ftted approximately 1200 mm apart and the free end of the screws would be supported by pedestal bearungs fitted on our machine frame. And the load would be supported on linear brearings so that the mechanical efficiency of the system would be very good.

 

The approximate speed of linear motion we require is 1500 mm/ min and the total lift is 500 mm. Which means we require 1 mm lift for every rotation of the input shaft of the screw jack.
