100 percent plastic playing cards wanted

I have many questions about the playing cards, order and shipping process and the potential for customized designs.  One of the things I am trying to figure out is the total cost per deck including cost from the manufacturer, import duties and taxes, shipping and finally my advertising and listing costs in the US.  I must find the best deal on the highest quality cards.

My goal is to create a product that will compete with the KEM and Copag names by offering the same quality product for a much lower price.  Ideally creating a new brand name would potentially be something I am interested in doing.
