Our customer want Ghana teak round logs

Dear Sir/s.,

We are a round log indenting agent not a buyer., based in Tuticorin/Tamil nadu/India.

We have good relationship with round log importer/s & buyer/s.

Now our one of the customer want 20 x 20' DC ghana teak round logs.

Mid girth 90 cm above x Length 2.15 cm to 2.20 cm    10 x 20' DC

Mid girth 90 cm above x Length 2.21 cm to 2.45 cm    10 x 20' DC 

Expecting allowances = 6 cm in mid girth & 10 cm in length

a) First,Buyer will be visited your area for cargo inspection.

b) Second,after satisfying quality with your CIF price,buyer immediately signed

    sales & purchase contract with you.

c) Third,Buyer will be issued a LC for 70% Invoice amount.

d) Forth,after BL releasing buyer will be paid balance 30% invoice amount by cash to you.

e) Buyer can't issue LC for STANDING TREE.He can issue LC for stocking volume only.

d) Your export license copy issued by your Government
