RFQ     - ONLY TO WHO ARE INTERESTED IN A LONG TERM FUTURE WITH OUR COMPANY.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a well established Company based in California, United States of America with a gross sales revenue of over US$30,000,000.00- per annum.
At this time we are interested in working with a Plastic manufacturer who can also provide mould/tooling for our special design set products.

We want to know from you on your Company's background and output levels. We want you to provide us with your history on years in business, no
of employees, factory locations, type of plastic material used and also quality and integrity assurance. Our set of products will be in very large quantity
to say at least over 2 million units per item, and hence we need to find a good partner who can understand our requirements, and will keep the integrity
of our product line.

You also have to email me back no more than 5 pictures of products you have made in your past than resembles infant/toddler bowls and plates. Your
pictures will speak a thousand word, and we will know what are the types of product you have manufactured in the past. It is very important for us to know
who are we working with as we truly need a long term relationship. Yes, one more thing, please do indicate the size and the price per unit in US$ along
with the picture so that we can evaluate your product line accordingly.

I know for some of you this may be a lot of work to preform and may not have time to do that. It is up to you, as this could be your investment into a long
future with our Company. I am travelling to Hong Kong next week and will be there from Tuesday to Wednesday only. Please let me know if you would
like to meet in person in Hong Kong. However without sending me the preliminary stuff that I need, I will not invest my time in meeting with you and your
Company. Sorry but I am being very upfront, and hope you do not mind.
