Ultra Clear Custom glass tile size : Read detailed description for more information

The glass i want is measured at 0.5x1inches. The thickness of the glass is 5mm. I want the glass tiles to be smooth on top and on the sides and i want the corners to be rounded like the picture. We are NOT interested in ordering more than 2 -4 meters at a time per month. We are a small business and do not need to order larger quantities.
 We are looking for a company that can handle smaller orders on a consistent monthly basis.  Currently we pay $21.00USD for 1 meter of glass from our current manufacturer. They are unable to make this size, which i need. I want this glass to be crystal clear like how you see in the picture...transparent.
