Internally Upset Seamless Tubes

Sub :Seamless tubes required urgently for BW and NW Drill Rods



Dear Sir,

We need seamless tubes with below specification :



1) SEAMLESS TUBE for BW Drill Rods:

(AS PER SAE-1541) 

OD = 55.55 mm,

ID = 45.95 mm,

WT= 4.8 mm.

Quantity Required: 50 MT



2) SEAMLESS TUBE for NW Drill Rods:

(AS PER SAE-1541)

OD = 67 mm,

ID = 57 mm,

WT = 5 mm.

Quantity Required: 30 MT



BODY : The drill rod body shall be made from cold drawn seamless tubes of uniform strength with internally upset ends to achieve the same properties (structure, strength etc.) in the upset ends as in the mid  body. The upsetting of the ends shall be done by cold drawing process and shall be the part of the manufacturing process of Raw Tubes and Lloyds Inspection.
