IC Card gas meter

I want to buy and sell all types of IC Card gas meters in the Ireland market and I am looking for companies that can supply me IC card gas meters with diaphragm, Would your company be willing to supply this type of product to my company for distribution in the Ireland and possibly EU markets. If so, could you please send me product specification information on your range of gas meter products and min order quantities, prices, lead times, packaging details and any other information that would be of benefit to me and, can you tell me if your company would supply product on a sell or return basis to me.
