classic design clock with MP3 alarm

The Arise Company is a division of the US based company Danbra LLC. Our new business is to load our special songs on an Secure Digital (SD) card and sell it together with an MP3 Alarm

Clock.

Our specifications for the clock are listed below. The attached picture shows a classic

design similar to the one we seek.

1. The clock may be made out of wood or simulated wood.
2. Ability to select specific MP3 file as wake to file; start standard beeper alarm after wake-to MP3 file is finished playing.
3. Supports standard Decure Digital (SD) card. Please state which MP3 bit rates your device supports.
4. Compatible with standard SD card write and read.
5. All MP3 files will be stored on and played from an SD card. Internal memory, if included, will not be used for the storage of MP3 files.
6. No USB port required
7. It is allowable to have more than one speaker, however, only one is needed. We wish to keep our costs low, and we wish to keep the design very simple, so one speaker is better. Our special MP3 songs are all recorded in mono (not stereo), so two speakers does not offer an advantage.
8. Easy to use (familiar) method of setting time and alarm, and controlling device (volume etc.)
9. Analog clock with lighted face
10. Our target market is older people, who may have some hearing loss. We desire the unit to be loud and clear, so they may hear the sound properly.
11. AC power plug for US standard outlet
12. Battery powered needed only to keep clock running in the event of a power failure
