Manufacture of sheet sets

We are seeking a manufacture of custom bed sheet sets of 200 TC ,60/40  with wording on them . There is no art work in our designs just words , covering the entire set . The company that we will choose to create a long term relationship with will have to be trust worthy and willing to trust our company . We would like one sample of our design made and shipped at  no cost to us along with custom packaging . We will also need  a reasonable quote for mass production interms of cost , per set, per thread count and per fabrics .
