ballast connector, 9006/9005

I am looking for the generic ballast plugs used to connect an automotive HID ballast to a relay harness. The plugs can be with or without wires, though if wires are not included you must include crimp pins for connecting wires to the plug. Materials can be ceramic or high temperature plastic (please specify which are used). Also, please note the maximum wire size usable with the connector (if the connector is not pre-wired) or the size of wires attached (if wired). This plug is commonly called a 9005/9006 plug.

These do not need to be in any sort of packaging as they will not be sold to customers but used in another product.

500 assorted headlight connectors (100 H4 male, 100 9007, assorted H1 through H13 for the other 300).
In line water resistant blade fuse holder
Wire loom (1000ft or so).
