For your information, there is a huge demand of Petronas D2 High Speed Diesel in Sabah. But due to the lackness of ICT skills and also not doing the right outsourcing is the reason why our buyers/mandate buyers are left behind. The buyers/mandate buyers here only doing conventional ways to find supplier. Actually we have orders from Sabah and Sarawak. We (Ilham Juta Distributors) as buyer, issue this letter (Letter of Intent) for the supply of diesel to extend the said commodity as below:

1.      Commodity: Petronas High Speed Diesel D2.

2.      Specification: Standard.

3.      Quantity: 10,000 Metric Tonne per month.

4.      Delivery: Ex. KK, Tawau, Sandakan and Lahad Datu (Sabah)

5.      Target Price: USD 535.00, per Metric Tonne (including transportation cost to Sabah).

         Prices quote are subject to changes in the current market value. 

6.      Transportation: From Depot - borne by Buyers.

7.      Destination: FOB KK, Tawau, Sandakan and Lahad Datu (Sabah).

8.      Payment: Cash (Based on the final agreement between Buyer and Seller.)

9.      Agreement Contract: 1 (One) Year.

10.    Validity of this offer: 3 (Three) banking days from this date of offer.
