waste management equipment

We are project developers and managers looking for an intergrated waste to wealth plant for one of our major clents. We are interested in an integrated waste management plant that would have the capabilty to produce organic fertilizers out of waste ( atleast 1500mt of waste daily) , produce sulphur free diesel out of plastics and be able to generate atleast 20mw of electricity. The plant has to be fully automated . We espect to sign both procurement and engineering contract for a period untill the technology is fully transfered. We would not mind combining two or three companies or engineering to achieve this feet as long as its properly coordinated.
