I am looking for IBA end GA3 Plant regulator

The limet i have to import per month is US$500,00 including postage. Here the government taxes ara paid in the post office, when we go to take out the product . So the best way to send without trouble to brazilian, as citzen, is by post office. /At first I need to purchase the IBA and a little later the GA3, because I have an small ammount of GA3 to work immefiately.
