Procedure:
1. Seller & Buyer exchange S.P.A.
2. Seller forwards to Buyer, the loading / shipping documents, plus independent Q&Q & C.P.A.
3. With the documents detailed in item 2 above, Seller issues a letter to Vessel Owners, clearly indicating that the Buyer requires a re-charter of the loaded vessel. Such letter will confirm Seller's agreement to this action and as such, will provide for immediate discussions between Buyer &Vessel Owners.
4. Upon written acceptance by Vessel Owners, forwarded to both Buyer& Seller, of their agreement for re-charter,
buyer will send a swift advice from (prime bank) to seller, Seller will immediately assign all load / shipping documents to Buyer.
5. Upon receipt of documents, buyer will undertake the charter of the subject vessel.
6. Buyer will instruct his bank to issue a D.L.C. / B.G. to Seller.

Original bill of lading, 3 original, 3copies
Certificate of Origin
Certificate of Quality
Certificate of Quantity
Commercial invoices
Tanker Ullage report
Tanker time sheet
Masters receipt for documents
Warranty of Title
Cargo Manifest
Independent Petroleum Inspectorate Report on Quality& Quantity
7.Payment for the cargo and any and all commission payments as may be due, shall be paid not later than 72 hours after Buyers Bank receipt of the required documents as listed.A)Seller shall issue Sales & Purchase Agreement with Seller's Full Contact Information and Banking Co-ordinates.
B)Buyer and Seller sign and seal this Contract including banking coordinates and exchange the signed copy by electronic mail. The electronic signed copy by both Parties is considered legally binding and enforceable.
C)Within three (3) banking days of (B) above, the Sellers Bank sends, a 2%Performance Bond (PB) of the total value of the cargo to buyers bank.
D)Within five (5) banking days upon confirmation and verification of the 2% P/B Buyers Bank shall issue a Non-Operative Letter of Credit for the total amount of the cargo
E) Sellerissue ATB/ETA to Buyers Inspectors for Q & Q to be conducted, 15-20Nautical miles in Ghana waters at Latitude 05degrees 35 minutes North and Longitude 000degrees 35 minutes east of port. And move the vessel for anchorage at the above Nautical miles
F) Buyer Appoints Independent Inspection Company {SGS or Say bolt} to conduct inspection on Loaded Vessel. as per Q and Q report and Full sets of documentations for payment in full per out turn to Buyers BANK for-quantity confirmed by the buyer within72 hours of delivery of the cargo to the Buyer. Buyer Takes over the Charter of the vessel.
