Requirements specification forequipment delivery for Meat Processing Complex (according to estimatedcapacities):

There is a one storeybuilding with an area of 2875 square meters for sausage shops, shops ofsemi-finished goods, meat dumplings and canning shops. The refrigerator shouldbe projected as attached to this building.

-       The shop of initial processing ofcattle. (50 head ofcattle and 300 head of pigs). Cattle for slaughter keeping building (300 headof pigs, 50 head of cattle), killing cove, slaughter shop, by-productprocessing shop, intestinal shop, fat shop, hide salting shop and sanitaryslaughterhouse are included in the structure of the plant.

-       The refrigerator (2 refrigerating chambers with thevolume of 12 tons each and the temperature +3 篊,1 refrigerating chamber withthe volume of 16 tons and the temperature -25 篊, 2 storage chambers with thevolume of 15 tons each and the temperature -18 篊) (For sausage products refrigerating chambers, compression and ready product storage).

-       Sausage shop (12 tons a shift):

 -boiled sausage-41%;

 -sausages-19%;

 -boiled and smoked sausage-3%;

 -semi-smoked sausage-12%;

 -smoked sausage-5%;

 -smoked foods-20%.

-       Shop of semi-finished goods (8 tons a shift);

-       Shop of meat dumplings (2 tons a shift);

-       Canning shop (8 thousand cans a shift).

Thefollowing subsections are provided on the plant to maintain the main activity:

 - Maintenance shop:

- Maintenance and repair ofequipment, buildings and constructions

- A garage with motor transport (50machines);

- A boiler house (steam generators):

- to project on the basis of steam consumptionin each section with energy saving technology implementation.

- Central laboratory of productionand veterinary control.

- Cattle and pig slaughter and processing shop, powerof slaughter: 300 head of pigs a shift, 50 head of cattle a shift.
