Video door phones and burglar alarms wanted

Hi,

This is Benny and I am a dealer for Security Systems and Home Automation systems in Hyderabad, India. We deal with Video Door Phones, Electronic locks, Electronic switches, Burglar alarm systems, Surveillance cameras, DVR cards and DVR system, Solar Fencing, Gate and Door motors, Access control system; Motion based sensors, Time and Attendance system etc.

My immediate requirement is for an apartment which has 23 flats. The apartment is in one block and has 5 floors. I need to install the Video door phones as soon as possible. He is interested in a 7 VDP. I request you to provide a quotation as soon as possible.
Please take the help of your technical team and let me know what accessories I would need in order to install the video door phones. By accessories I mean the complete equipment required to install the VDPs in the entire building which should include the cable details along with the junction box, power supply etc. In short I would like to have a consolidated quotation along with the detailed prices assuming that there would be 23 flats. Also please explain in detail the use and features of each device.

My 2^nd requirement is an apartment which has 450 apartments. The customer requires both VDPs and Burglar alarm systems. Please provide the quotation for that as well. 

I have some questions too

1) The customer does not require the outdoor unit on the door. He requires one outdoor unit at the security gate and 23 indoor phones. 

2) What kind of cables are required to install your VDPs.

3) The customer also requires the intercom facility between all the 23 flats in the apartment apart from speaking to the visitor at the security entrance gate. Is that feature available in the indoor monitor. What is the duration that a flat owner can talk to the visitor and also with the other flat owners.

4) What is the make of the cable used to connect your device? Is that a networking device or a normal device?

5) What are all the accessories required to install the VDPs in the entire building which should include the cable details along with the junction box, power supply etc.

6) Does the Video Door phone looks exactly like the one mentioned against the model numbers?

Please answer all my issues without which I cannot proceed further. Please be reasonable on the prices. Please give me the quotation by today. It is extremely urgent.
